Accomodation:
Comfortably accomodates 6. The sunny rooms are bright and informal with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings tastefully decorated with many personal touches.
Sitting room with dining area:
Large picture window facing west. There is an open log fire (fuel provided) and
a good variety of books, maps, information and board games for wet days. There is a small television with integral video player and a playstation and games are also provided. The dining area has a large table with bench seating
and a hatch to the kitchen. The sitting/dining room opens onto the porch and garden.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: faces west with kingsize bed
Bedroom 2: Two full size single beds
Bedroom 3: One full sized set of bunk beds
Bathroom : Bath with integral shower, wash-hand basin and toilet
Kitchen: Well equipped recently modernised with large 4-ring electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine. Plenty of cupboard space. All crockery, cutlery, cookery utensils and saucepans are supplied.
Water: Heated by electricity, from a private supply. (Bottled water is recommended for drinking.)
Heating: The house is heated by night store heating, supplementary electric heaters and an open fire.
The garden: An informal garden extends to about an acre of mown grass with a path leading through rough
ground to the secluded shore of Loch Creran.
Letting Arrangements: The cottage is let weekly from May to October.
Prices for a week range from £550 - £650. Changeover day is Friday.
